Mary L. Aull is a contract analyst with the City of Philadelphia’s Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD). She has a Masters Degree in Organization Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Aull has been an active member of the Vernon House Cooperative Apartments for 25 years. She has lived in Philadelphia since 1968 and has always worked in the nonprofit field, prior to coming to work for OHCD in 1991. Prior to OHCD, Ms. Aull was the Executive Director of the Morris Animal Refuge and has been a member of the Mayor’s Animal Advisory Committee for 12 years.
